Increase the Impact of your Gift!
Your donation can be doubled or even tripled by your employer!

To have your gift matched by your employer:

1. Find out if your employer has a matching gift program by contacting your company's Human Resources department.
2. If your employer matches employee contributions, request a matching gift form, fill it out and send it to:

3. We will complete our portion of the matching gift form and return it to your employer. The matching funds will be sent directly to us.

Many companies also match volunteer hours or gifts from spouses, retirees, and board members.

Please take advantage of all opportunities to support individuals living with HIV/AIDS who have chosen to transform the lives through the Transitional Living Program at Alexian Brothers AIDS Ministry.

If your company does not currently match employee donations, ask it to do so! Together, you and your employer can help us realize our vision of transforming the lives of people with HIV/AIDS within a compassionate, supportive community by providing a home, comprehensive services, and spiritual care.
